[ Product ]The LoomTrix CRM platform
From the first ad click to the paid invoice: lead capture, pipeline, calls, WhatsApp, email, automation, analytics, invoicing and inventory run in one workspace — so nothing slips between systems.
[ 01 ]What's new
New releases reach every workspace automatically, and each one is written up for admins in Settings → What's New.
NewAug 2026
Each rep connects their own Gmail or IMAP inbox. Replies land on the lead the moment they arrive, with quoted history folded away.
NewAug 2026
The B2B records the pipeline was missing. Convert a lead into an account, contact and deal in one step — and resume it if it's interrupted.
NewAug 2026
KPIs say how the month went; KRIs warn about the next one. Every indicator carries a threshold, alongside a revenue bridge and a growth plan.
NewAug 2026
Target attainment leads the page, and an AI coach flags the reps and deals that need your attention this week.
NewAug 2026
Your company seal and authorised signature are stamped on invoices automatically, with custom footers for every document.
NewJul 2026
Multiple pipelines, a weighted revenue forecast and alerts on deals going stale — with every stage change recorded.
NewJul 2026
Drag and drop the widgets each role needs into its own dashboard, then export it as a PDF or HTML report.
NewJul 2026
One-click CSV templates that match each platform's own export, so leads and candidates import cleanly first time.
NewJul 2026
Track serial numbers and expiry dates on every unit, and value stock at weighted average cost across warehouses.
[ 02 ]Capture & qualify
Every source lands in one list — deduplicated, scored and routed before a rep has to think about it.
[ 03 ]Pipeline & deals
Model the way you actually sell with multiple pipelines and custom stages, then let the forecast weight every deal by its odds.
[ 04 ]Calls, WhatsApp & email
Calls, WhatsApp threads and email sit on the lead's timeline automatically, so whoever picks it up next has the whole story.
[ 05 ]Automation & SLAs
Describe your process once as WHEN / IF / THEN rules. The platform assigns, reminds and escalates around the clock — and shows you which leads are slipping.
[ 06 ]Analytics & company performance
Build the dashboards each role needs, then go deeper: KPIs with thresholds, KRIs that warn early, and a revenue bridge that splits every change into volume and deal size.
[ 07 ]Managers & teams
Target attainment leads the Manager view, and the AI coach points at the reps and deals that need you this week.
[ 08 ]Quote to cash
Quotes, sales orders and GST invoices share one product catalogue and one customer record — stamped with your seal and signature, with part-payments tracked on each invoice.
[ 09 ]Inventory & purchasing
Warehouses, transfers, counts and purchase orders live next to your sales — valued at weighted average cost, down to serial numbers and expiry dates.
[ 10 ]Integrations
Leads, conversations, calls and payments flow in from the tools your team uses today — no middleware to maintain.

[ 11 ]Platform & security
Customer data is the most sensitive thing a sales team holds. The platform is built so workspaces stay apart at the database level and every person sees exactly what their role allows.
Every company runs in its own isolated database schema. Your records never share tables with anyone else's.
Sign-in tokens are only accepted by the workspace that issued them — a credential from one company is useless in another.
Reps see their own leads, managers see their team, admins see everything — one set of rules across leads, tasks, calls and deals.
Incoming webhooks are rejected unless a shared secret is configured and matches, so an unsigned request never writes data.
API keys and integration credentials can only be viewed and changed by workspace admins.
Deleted leads, tasks and products go to a trash first, so a mistaken delete is one click to undo.
